It's designed for both adults and children. The multi-size design allows the WizLoc to be used on 90% of trauma patients, even paediatric patients aged 6 and up.
It adapts to the patient. Posture adjustment and airway control manoeuvres can be easily performed after the collar has been applied. This ensures greater comfort and safety for the patient.
It's radiolucent and non-magnetic. That's right, WizLoc can even be worn by the patient during X-ray or MRI exams.
Through the mandibular and occipital supports. The mandibular support has a micrometric adjustment system with an integrated safety lock that allows you to choose the size most suitable for the patient. The occipital support can be adjusted to three positions: Pedi-Tick Neck, for paediatric patients or patients with short necks or low and well-defined occipital areas; Regular-Short, suitable for most adult patients; Tall, for patients with long necks or with a poorly defined occipital area.
